I just got this message

A fatal error has been received from the Speech Recognition Engine.
FATAL ERROR in UpdateDynRadarAircrafts, vrxGrammarRule_setDefinition
ATCpro can not continue and will shutdowown.

I have tried restarting the computer - no fix.
Cannot open the game.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Have you changed anything? Any of the databases or phraseology files? If so, the error may be in there. Try restoring the last known good versions of these files and try again. If you have changed more than one, put them all back to last known good and then if the program runs you can add them back one at a time to find the one with the error.

I added a custom db.
I'll try things.

It's possible that one of the airlines in your custom db is not included in the base package. It can be added to the universal.db, callsigns table. (I'm assuming such, although I've never actually tried this.)

Yes, by mistake I put UA instead of UAL.
The custom.db and the program now work perfectly.
Very busy.
